Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within two business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via USPS First Class International.
Domestic (United States) Shipping:
United States Postal Service Priority Mail – $9.95
Flat-rate price covers orders of any size. Orders generally arrive within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number directly from USPS when your order is shipped.
International Shipping:
All Countries Outside the United States
United States Postal Service 1st Class International Package — $19.95
Most international packages arrive within 6-10 business days, however, we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. You will receive a tracking number directly from USPS when your order is shipped.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges.
We are not responsible if your package is seized by customs. It is your responsibility to ensure the package contents are legal in your country.
The charge will appear as NF ENTERPRISES.
After you checkout, you will be taken to a page with links to download your clips. You will also receive an email with the links to download your clips. PLEASE check your spam filter for the invoice and receipt.
NOTE: If you create an account when you checkout, you’ll be able to return ANY TIME and re-download all your orders. But if you checkout as a guest, there’s no account to return to in case you ever need to download anything again.
In the event of the latter, please send us a message and we’ll provide the links to you directly via email.
Due to the nature of downloads, no refunds will be given unless there is a billing error or you were double charged. We want to make clear, though, that we DO make EVERY effort to respond to any requests for help if you have problems downloading or viewing the clips, if that is the reason you are requesting a refund!
Any billing errors on our end will be taken care of immediately.
We are an honest company, so if you have a problem with your order, PLEASE contact us.
If you dispute the charge with your credit card company BEFORE contacting us and asking us to resolve the problem, you will be blacklisted from using any of our sites. If you lie and tell the credit card company you contacted us and you never did, you will will be blacklisted from using any of our sites.
